Privacy policy
LeonFrontier Games is run by Leon Frontier Limited. This page explains what happens to your data when you read this website and when you play a game on it.
Reading the website
The pages are plain files served by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. The pages themselves set no cookies and run no advertising.
Counting visits and plays
To see which games people enjoy, each page tells our own server, also on Cloudflare, when it is viewed, when you start playing, when you finish a round and when you click an app store badge. Each message holds only what happened and on which page. We keep a running count of those messages by game, type of page and country (worked out by Cloudflare from your connection), and nothing else: no IP address, cookie, device ID or other identifier is stored, so the counts cannot be linked to you or to each other. No third party receives them. Counts are kept for up to three months.
Playing a game
Each game runs in your browser and talks to that game's own server, the same one its mobile app uses. When you start playing, the game creates a guest player for your browser. To do that and to run the game, the server receives:
- a random installation ID and secret created in your browser, and the platform (“web”);
- your time zone, so daily puzzles change at the right time;
- the moves, answers and scores you submit, so results can be checked and leaderboards kept;
- error reports from the game, with personal details removed, so we can fix problems.
No name, email address or account is needed. Signing in is not available on the web yet. The game keeps your session and settings in your browser's local storage; see the cookies page.

Advertising
There are no adverts on the website or in the browser games yet. When we add them, they will come from Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads. Before any ad is requested, visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland will be asked for their choice through Google's consent message, and you will be able to change that choice at any time. We will update this page before adverts start.
Why we use your data
We process game data because it is needed to provide the game you chose to play, and error reports and server logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the games working and secure.
How long we keep it
Guest players and their results are kept while they are in use. Server and error logs are rotated and deleted automatically. The game-specific policies above give the details.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes your guest session from the browser. To have server-side data deleted, email hello@leonfrontier.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13.
